Nicole was born and raised in Spotsylvania County. After graduating from Spotsylvania High School, she went on to become a cosmetologist and then started her career in property management in the Fredericksburg area.

She is very knowledgeable of the Fredericksburg and Northern Virginia region. Nicole is a real estate professional who is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of her buying and selling clients. She combines strong customer service and client management honed from her 20 years in property management with creating a personal relationship to intimately understand her clients’ needs and desires. Her joy comes from helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership.
